Trinity Property Services Ltd is a Dublin based  letting & property services agency, specializing in residential lettings, private portfolio management, renovations and refurbishments in the Dublin area.

We have over ten years experience in both construction and property management and know first hand the problems associated with letting and managing properties. 

For a long time there has been a practice among letting agents of giving the impression of managing properties, while simply charging for receiving problem phone calls from tenants or neighbours and passing them directly to the Landlord.

We aim to provide a service at Trinity second to none in the industry, a letting agency who will manage every aspect of the client’s property from renovations and refurbishment to dealing with sourcing and replacing furniture and appliances.

We do not believe in transferring problems, instead seeking to deal with them directly. In short we will take the headaches.

We have a highly qualified team of tradesmen who we employ on a full time basis in a dedicated maintenance and refurbishment department.

We pride ourselves on our ability to turn around distressed portfolios for our clients, taking on empty units uninhabitable, and transforming them into clean, managed and profitable properties    see refurbishments.
